This course is for individuals who do not have a healthcare background but would like to have the knowledge and skill to provide resuscitation measures in the event of an emergency. This course is great for community members, students and businesses to ensure everyone is well prepared. This course focuses on CPR, use of an AED and choking for the adult, child and infant.

This course is for healthcare providers or those training to become healthcare providers. This course focuses on adult, child and infant resuscitation within the hospital and the community. This course is a prerequisite for ACLS offered by Heart & Stroke.

*Includes travel to your home within Ottawa/Glengarry area - minimum of 2 participants
Do you know what to do if your child requires life saving measures? This course provides you with all of the knowledge and skill you need to have in order to perform lifesaving measures on an infant/child. This course is approx. one hour and takes place in your home! This is a private course tailored to parents, soon-to-be parents, grandparents, guardians or caregivers. Please message Lindsay to book a course or for more information!
